Silverline Lakeside Resort Policies

Please, review our policies prior to making a reservation with us. Contact us if you have any questions.

Policies

All prices are for two (2) people (18 and older), one (1) tent, trailer or motor-home, and one (1) vehicle.

Children 17 and under are free but do count toward the sites maximum occupancy.

TENT POLICY:
A second tent, or a tent on a hook-up site, for adults 18 and older is charged at $15/night for the tent and $5/adult occupying the tent per night. A maximum of two tents per tent site and one tent on an RV site is permitted. Maximum 4 adults per site. Can have up to 5 kids per site for a total maximum occupancy of 6 people.

All sites have a picnic table and most have a fire pit (see burn ban regulations) with water at the site or nearby.

All charges are calculated and finalized at check-in.

*Dump fee is charged if you camp in an RV/trailer on a dry site, including Group Sites, and will automatically be charged at time of check-in. One dump is included in the partial (water/electric) hook-up fee excluding 5 amp power/water sites.

**Well-behaved dogs and owners are welcome. Pets need to be cleaned up after at all times, leashed, not left unattended; and barking and/or vicious behavior will not be tolerated.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit of your entire stay or one night in full for stays of one night is required on ALL reservations at the time of booking. For deposit payment, we accept credit card payments via our secure payment processessing portal with a 4.5% Convienence Fee.

Okanogan County Sales Tax Rate is 8.5% and the Transient Tax Rate is 2%. Both are applied to all sites/extra person, etc.

Change / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be charged a $25 fee per site, $50 for Trailer and Luna Bell Rentals, $75 for Llama/Mountain View Group Sites and Lakeview Lodge, and $125 for Clubhouse Group Site, if cancelled with 30+ days notice before check-in date. Cancellations made between 29 and 1 day before check-in will forfeit their entire 50% deposit. Additional nights and sites when added to an existing reservation will require an additional 50% deposit of added charges.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less from check-in date will be considered a NO SHOW and will result in a charge for the entire stay's total and any future bookings by guest will require a 100% deposit. A NO SHOW will also result in immediate loss of Grandfathered status, if applicable.

Reduction in nights made between 29 and 1 days before check-in date will incur a 50% fee of the total amount of the nights cancelled regardless of how long the reservation was held for.

If you rebook for a comperable stay later in the same season, and the entire deposit is transferred, at least 30 days in advance of your original check-in date, we will waive the cancellation fee as a one-time courtesy. Rebooking for the next season will incur the standard cancellation fee/deposit forfeiture, whichever is applicable, that applies to the site type.

Grandfathered reservations that are cancelled will lose their grandfather status and will need to wait to rebook until 11 months in advance of arrival.

No refunds or credits given for early departures. Any changes must be made more than 24 hours before check-in day to avoid paying 100% of cancelled nights.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, no refunds or credits are given for weather/natural conditions or acts of God, including smoke, nor for conditions out of the control of Silverline Lakeside Resort where Silverline Lakeside Resort is still open and available to host it's guests, including closures of Pearrygin Lake and/or Hwy 20.

No refunds are issued for bookings where vehicle size was miscalculated or misrepresented by guest during booking process. Please double check that the site you are booking will fit your size RV/Trailer and all additional vehicles.

Credit card chargebacks will result in banning from future reservations. If you see a charge you do not recognize, or have an issue with a charge, you need to call and talk with us first.

Additional Policies

In the best interest of ALL, we ask that all of our guests and visitors abide by the following policies:

Guests & Vehicles All guests and vehicles must register with the office to obtain a car pass and pay the day use fee of $5/per person per day, $10/person on weekends and holidays. Guests staying off-site who are visiting registered Silverline campers may pay a reduced fee of $5/vehicle per day but they must park at the site they are visiting. Visitors and/or day pass use may be limited during busy times to ensure our overnight guests have access to the amenities and open spaces they are paying for.

Speed Limit: 5mph We know it is slow and everyone appreciates it! Always be on the look-out for children, bicycles, dogs, etc. on all roads!

Quiet Hours: 10pm – 8am This policy is enforced, as we want everyone to enjoy their stay. Children need to be off the docks and back at camp by 10pm. Please, no arrivals after 10pm.

Language & Behavior Silverline Lakeside Resort is a “family oriented” park. Please be RESPECTFUL of other campers and loud, foul and/or drunken behavior is NOT tolerated.

Noise We ask that music and/or television volumes be kept at a low level. All external devices are TURNED OFF during quiet hours.

Pets A maximum of TWO (2) dogs are allowed per site and they need to be on a physical leash, cleaned up after, and not left unattended. Vicious and/or barking behavior will NOT be tolerated. Neglecting to clean up after your pets will NOT be tolerated.

EV Charging No EV charging without prior consent from Silverline Lakeside Resort office staff. Additional charges will apply.

Grass & Campsites
- No mats or rugs of any kind allowed on grass
- No grey water dumping or gas can storage on grass ($275 fine)
- Do NOT move fire pits
- No sharing power. Power sites are for one RV/trailer, no power splitters, running cords to tents/other trailers from plugged in RV's/trailers, or daisy chaining. A fee of $275 will be assessed to sites found sharing power.
- No plugging into power posts at sites that you are not paying for, whether it's for charging an EV, trailer, or any other purpose. This is considered stealing power and will result in a $275 fine per occurance.
- No plugging in refrigerators, freezers, or other electrical appliances.

Please DO NOT cut through occupied sites and keep your camp site neat and tidy free of cloths, toys, food and eating items. Please do not hang clothes/towel lines as they can break limbs and obstruct the view of other guests.

Motorized Toys & Generators ATV’s and motor bikes are not allowed. Generators are not allowed unless the outdoor temperature is 95 degrees or higher and must be shut off when the temperature drops below 95 degrees. Please inquire with office staff if you have any questions. Violations of these policies will result in a $275 fine, per occurance.

Fireworks Of any kind are NOT allowed in the park.

Swimming & Docks Swimming is done at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please NO GLASS on docks or in beach area and docks are for fishing and loading and unloading of boats only.

Boats At check-in please notify us if you have a boat or jet ski. Overnight parking is between the docks on sand/grass in common area and is first come first served. During busy times spots may be assigned. Boats are NOT to be left tied to a dock. If you arrive and a spot is not available then you will need to pull in and out until a spot is open. If you have a spot please anchor both ends of your boat to keep it from moving and causing damage to other boats. Do not spill or leave gas cans on grass or in water. The buoy line is to keep our lake shore area safe so we ask that you always keep your boat under control, make the buoy line a NO WAKE area with the middle being the entrance and always watch for people and children swimming in the lake. It is your responsibility to know lake rules and regulations for boats, jet skis and water skiing.

Common Areas Gazebos, tents and canopy’s are not allowed for overnight use. They must be taken down and brought back to your campsite each evening.

Fire Pits & Wood Please DO NOT MOVE fire pits for any reason. Precut firewood is allowed only in designated fire pits. Please DO NOT CUT our trees and bushes. We ENFORCE burn ban regulations. Propane fire pits are authorized for use under state burn ban regluations and are available for rent or purchase at the office, while supplies last.

Trash and Recycling Please bag all trash and NO CAMP TRASH OR DOG WASTE IN BATH HOUSE. No ez-ups, chairs, canopies, tables, bicycles, boats, or an other large objects. Bagged trash only. Do not leave anything at your site upon check-out that is not bagged. Illegal dumping, or leaving these items at your site upon check-out will result in a $75 fine assessed to the card on file.

Please consider taking recyclable items home, as this service is not offered to us.

Black & Grey Water, Dumping Please only dump black and grey water in the provided dump station, or your sites sewer hookup. You must use a hose with a connecting elbow. Any dumping, spillage, leaking, onto ground or irrigation valve boxes will result in a $275 cleanup charge.

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper/visitor/guests accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the property at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to change prices and/or policies at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify reservations, when necessary, or as needed.
